Need help running an event? Your space. Our team. A full day of tabletop gaming. Member Hour Gaming runs Warhammer 40,000 events across Delaware and beyond, from small learn-to-play days to 46-player GTs. We bring the experience, the organization and the players, so you can focus on hosting.
Who we work with
Anyone who wants a great tabletop event: game stores, breweries, conventions, libraries and community spaces.
Events we can run
- One-day RTTs: 3-round tournaments for 20–40 players
- Grand Tournaments: 5-round, all-day events like OrktoberFest III
- Learn-to-play days: a welcoming start for new players
- Leagues and campaigns: escalation leagues and narrative campaigns that bring players back week after week
- Doubles and team events: casual and fun, built for bringing a friend
- Online events: played on Tabletop Simulator

Terrain
No tables ready? Our 3D-printed, tournament-ready terrain is available to rent for your event, or to buy if you want your own. See our terrain.
Where we travel
We run events within about 70 miles of Smyrna, Delaware. That covers all of Delaware plus parts of Maryland, Pennsylvania and South Jersey.
Pricing
Every event is different, so we quote each request. Most events run on a share of ticket sales, plus snacks and some merch for our crew on the day. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll put together a quote.
